Each member is required to complete a certain amount of study hours each week based off their previous semester GPA. Hours are completed though group and individual study helping members to focus on school with their busy schedules.

 

Members who receive a 4.0 semester GPA are awarded a special charm from Phi Mu headquarters.

 

Two academic workshops are also hosted each semester by the academic chair to help members succeed as well as a fun stress reliever activity before finals.
